Grow Coach is designed to help you plan, learn, organize, and enjoy your garden. The information provided is educational and should not replace medical, veterinary, toxicology, pesticide, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
AI tools and image identification can make mistakes and should not be relied on as the only source for decisions involving plant safety, toxicity, treatment, or identification.
AI-generated responses may not be unique, and other users may receive similar or identical information. Grow Coach does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, original, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Never eat, touch, administer, compost, treat, or discard a plant solely because of an app result.
When identification or safety matters, consider confirming edible, toxic, invasive, or diseased plants with a qualified local expert or another reliable source.
Always follow pesticide, herbicide, fertilizer, seed, and equipment labels; local laws; official weather alerts; and guidance from trusted extension or agricultural resources.
Planting dates, frost dates, weather information, growing-zone information, reminders, and garden recommendations are estimates and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Local conditions can vary significantly. Users should consider current local conditions and official weather information before making decisions.
Please take reasonable steps to protect children, pets, pollinators, workers, neighbors, and waterways.
Growing conditions vary, so Grow Coach cannot guarantee specific gardening results.
Privacy Policy
Information we process
Depending on the features you choose, Grow Coach may process your name, email, account settings, approximate location or growing zone, garden spaces and records, photos and associated metadata, calendar information, AI prompts and outputs, community posts, device and usage information, support messages, transaction records, and optional sales or market data. Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide requested features, personalize planting guidance, save and synchronize supported records, secure and troubleshoot Grow Coach, process authorized payments, communicate with you, comply with law, prevent harm, and improve the service.
AI, public posts, and service providers
AI features may send prompts, photos, garden context, and outputs to contracted AI providers to generate a response and support safety. Community content may be visible to other users. We may share information with providers supporting hosting, storage, analytics, communications, support, security, payments, mapping, weather, and professional services. These providers may process information only for the services they provide to us or as otherwise permitted by law.
We do not sell personal information for money. If Grow Coach later uses advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising that creates an opt-out right, we will provide the legally required notice and choice before doing so.
Photos and device permissions
Grow Coach accesses your camera, photos, notifications, location, or calendar only when you choose a feature that needs that permission and your device allows it. You can change device permissions in your browser or device settings. Photos you upload may contain location or other metadata; remove information you do not want to share before uploading.
Retention, security, and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide Grow Coach, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain safety, and complete backups. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure. When an account or the service closes, information may remain for a limited time in backups or where retention is required or permitted by law.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information and may ask questions about how it is used. You may also withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law permits or requires it. Age restriction and children’s privacy
Grow Coach is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we collected personal information from someone under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Email support@growcoachapp.com if you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information to Grow Coach.
United States service
Grow Coach is currently offered for use in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
Terms of Use
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Uffda Blooms LLC governing your use of Grow Coach.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Grow Coach. Do not use Grow Coach if you are under 18 or if you do not agree to these Terms.
Grow Coach is currently operated from the United States and is intended for use in connection with activities conducted within the United States.
Accounts and service changes
When accounts are offered, you agree to provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
These Terms of Use, as well as any features, functionality, products, or services described herein, are subject to change, modification, addition, or removal at any time and without notice.
We may limit or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of violations of these Terms, security risks, harm to others, nonpayment, misuse of the service, or legal requirements.
Service availability and discontinuation
Grow Coach may be unavailable, interrupted, delayed, changed, suspended, or discontinued because of maintenance, technical issues, security concerns, failures of third-party services, business decisions, or other circumstances.
Uffda Blooms LLC does not guarantee that Grow Coach or any specific feature will remain available indefinitely or operate without interruption or error.
Uffda Blooms LLC may suspend, discontinue, or permanently shut down Grow Coach or any part of the service, including if we decide to stop operating, maintaining, or supporting the application.
Where reasonably practical, we may provide advance notice of a planned shutdown or material service discontinuation, but we do not guarantee advance notice in every circumstance.
If paid subscriptions are active at the time of a shutdown, any refund, credit, cancellation, or continued-access obligations will be handled according to applicable law and the terms of the applicable app store, payment provider, or subscription platform.
Before a planned shutdown, we may provide users with a reasonable opportunity to export or retrieve certain information when technically practical, but we do not guarantee that every type of information will be exportable.
Data storage and backups
Grow Coach is not intended to serve as the sole backup or permanent archive of your garden, business, photo, sales, or other records.
You are responsible for maintaining copies of information that is important to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uffda Blooms LLC is not responsible for information lost because of device loss, browser or device storage changes, account deletion, technical failure, service discontinuation, third-party services, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If Grow Coach, an account, or a feature is closed or discontinued, some information may no longer be accessible.
Permitted use
You may use Grow Coach for lawful personal or business garden planning. You may not interfere with the service, evade security, scrape or reverse engineer protected portions, misuse another person’s data, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or use Grow Coach to violate any law or intellectual-property right.
Business tools and user responsibility
Grow Coach may provide tools for organizing sales, markets, inventory, pricing, expenses, products, customers, or other business information.
Grow Coach does not provide accounting, tax, licensing, insurance, employment, food-safety, agricultural regulatory, investment, or legal advice, and use of these tools does not create an accountant-client, attorney-client, financial-advisor, agency, or other professional relationship.
You are responsible for determining and complying with laws, permits, taxes, licenses, insurance requirements, labeling requirements, recordkeeping obligations, and other requirements that apply to your activities or business.
Grow Coach does not guarantee that information entered into or generated by business-related features is sufficient for tax, accounting, regulatory, insurance, or legal purposes.
Budgets, prices, margins, yields, demand estimates, and other projections are illustrative planning tools rather than promises, valuations, offers, or guarantees of revenue, profit, eligibility, funding, or business success. You are responsible for independently verifying inputs and deciding whether and how to act on the results.
References to a university, Cooperative Extension program, government agency, grant, directory, publication, or other outside resource are provided for education and convenience. A reference does not imply sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, approval, or affiliation by Grow Coach, Uffda Blooms LLC, or the referenced organization. External information, programs, deadlines, eligibility standards, fees, and requirements may change, and Grow Coach does not control or guarantee their availability, accuracy, completeness, currentness, or applicability to you.
Content and intellectual property
Grow Coach, Uffda Blooms branding, software, design, and original content belong to Uffda Blooms LLC or its licensors.
You retain ownership of content you submit.
You give Uffda Blooms LLC permission to host, process, reproduce, display, and technically adapt that content as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the features you choose to use.
If you intentionally post content to a public or community feature, you also give us permission to display and distribute that content to other users as part of that feature.
This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to Uffda Blooms LLC.
Feedback and suggestions
If you voluntarily submit ideas, suggestions, recommendations, feature requests, or other feedback about Grow Coach, you allow Uffda Blooms LLC to use, modify, develop, and incorporate that feedback into Grow Coach or other products or services without restriction or compensation to you.
This does not transfer ownership of personal information or other content you submit for use within Grow Coach features.
Third parties, warranties, and responsibility
Grow Coach may rely on or link to third-party services such as weather providers, maps, payment services, app stores, AI providers, hosting providers, or other technology services. Those services may have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and limitations.
Grow Coach is provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Gardening outcomes depend on factors outside Grow Coach’s control, including weather, soil, pests, disease, plant health, growing conditions, products used, and user decisions.
Any reliance on information provided by or found on Grow Coach is undertaken at the user’s own risk.
Except for the warranties and guarantees made in these Terms of Use, Grow Coach and Uffda Blooms LLC make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, relating to Grow Coach or the information found in or added to the application by Grow Coach or others.
Grow Coach and Uffda Blooms LLC hereby disclaim any implied warranties and warranties implied by law, including warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose.
Grow Coach and Uffda Blooms LLC do not guarantee your performance and assume no responsibility for your interpretation, implementation, use, or performance based on information from Grow Coach and/or Uffda Blooms LLC.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Liability and disputes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uffda Blooms LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including lost crops, profits, data, or business opportunities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Uffda Blooms LLC and Grow Coach arising out of or relating to Grow Coach or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Grow Coach during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or $100.
Minnesota law governs these Terms where legally permitted, without eliminating mandatory protections that may apply to you.
If you have a concern or dispute, please email support@growcoachapp.com first so we have an opportunity to try to resolve it informally.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you shall indemnify and hold harmless Uffda Blooms LLC and Grow Coach from claims, losses, costs, and damages caused by your acts or omissions or anyone for whom you are responsible. This obligation will not extend beyond applicable anti-indemnity laws.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the application shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration and not by a lawsuit or court proceeding, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
Force majeure
Uffda Blooms LLC will not be responsible for delay, interruption, loss of availability, or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fires, floods, internet or utility failures, cyberattacks, governmental actions, labor disruptions, failures of third-party providers, platform outages, or similar events.
Effect of termination
If your access to Grow Coach ends, or Grow Coach is suspended or discontinued, provisions of these Terms that by their nature should continue will remain in effect.
This includes provisions relating to intellectual property, user responsibility, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and other provisions intended to survive termination.
Severability, no waiver, and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If Uffda Blooms LLC does not enforce a provision of these Terms in one situation, that does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
These Terms of Use, together with any policies, notices, or additional terms incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing your use of Grow Coach.
